Thanks for visiting our Blog about our new life on Skye. We wanted to keep our family and friends updated on how our big move was going and how the house build was coming along and thought this would be the easiest way.

Sunset


We've had a very hot week on Skye and tonight was another beautiful evening with the Loch looking like glass. This picture was taken from the caravan as the sun was setting on Dunvegan Castle on the opposite side of the Loch. It's staying light here until about 10.30 pm now which is great!

That's some view, didn't realise that you overlooked the castle too. (Hope they are over there watching your house grow!) It has been pretty hot down her but certainly not light until 10.30pm. Hope the sun keeps up for a while yet.
